Run 4 Your Mind 5K

Join the Urban Leadership Foundation of Colorado for the annual Run 4 Your Mind 5K, taking place on Sunday, July 26th at 8:00 AM at the Town Center at Aurora.

Town Center at Aurora serves as the vibrant backdrop for this inspiring community event, with runners and walkers completing a scenic 5K loop around the mall. Each year, participation continues to grow, bringing together people of all ages and fitness levels in a shared commitment to movement, wellness, and connection.

Hosted by the Urban Leadership Foundation of Colorado, Run 4 Your Mind is more than a race—it’s a community experience rooted in mental health awareness and collective healing.

For runners and walkers:

All experience levels are welcome. Whether you’re running, jogging, or walking, this 5K is about showing up for yourself and your community.

For volunteers:

Support the event by assisting with check-in, water stations, course support, cheering participants on, or helping with setup and clean-up. Every role helps create an uplifting and seamless experience.

For all participants:

Immediately following the run, enjoy access to a mental health and resource fair featuring community organizations, support services, and wellness resources. It’s an opportunity to connect, learn, and be supported in a welcoming environment.

Run 4 Your Mind is about more than miles—it’s about movement for the mind, healing through community, and celebrating the strength that comes from showing up together.
