Wireless Sales Consultant

Responsible for reaching or exceeding monthly sales goals on wireless phones, service plans, and accessories while delivering superior customer service. Accountable for consistent utilization of provided sales training tools, brand promotion and general prospecting as well as following prescribed operational guidelines.

Areas of Responsibility

  • Demonstrate ethical and professional behavior at all times
  • Proficient product, plan, and accessory knowledge
  • Deliver superior customer service
  • Resolve any customer issues in a positive manner
  • Implement all merchandising activities in compliance with FW’s operational standards and objectives
  • Thorough execution of sales tools for prospecting, lead tracking, promotions, and sales
  • Meet or exceed sales goals as set by management. Employees must achieve a minimum monthly individual quota of at least 90% to be in good standing. Failure to do so may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment
  • Promote the Boost dealer brand by handing out fliers, participating in Company promotional events and partaking in community networking activities
  • Display supportive behavior toward coworkers
  • Attend required employee meetings
  • Accurately follow prescribed opening, closing, cash handling policies and balancing procedures
  • Punctual shift attendance and appropriate coverage notice for absences is mandatory
  • Operate and maintain compliance according to FW’s retail store processes, procedures, policies, and practices
  • Adhere to federal, state, and local law.

Education / Experience Requirements

  • Demonstrated retail sales or customer service experience; wireless experience preferred
  • Computer literate
  • Proficient cash handling skills
  • Good leadership, PR, and communication skills
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time, up to 8+ hours per day
  • Capacity to bend and reach above the head
  • Must be able to comfortably lift 25 pounds
  • Ability to work flexible days/hours as needed, including holidays and weekends.
